Pulitzer Prize Winter
Carol Guzy was born on March 27, 1956 and won this photo in the year of 2000. She was working for the White House Press when she won the award for this picture.
This photo shows a lot of emotion and action and thats what makes it the most interesting to me. There is framing and leading lines in this photo and C.V.I.
This soldier is holding up his arms and it looks like the civilians in the background are mocking him or something. This picture also shows a lot of emotion in it and thats why it makes it good. The soldier with the gun is the C.V.I.
She has been a photographer from a little before 1986 (when she won her first award) to this day. Photography to her just became an interest at first and then took a huge part in her life.
